Description
Antique 18ct gold George IV mourning ring, (1826). The gallery having a glazed locket containing a loved ones hair. The outer border & shoulders being hand chased fininshed with a reeded shank. The back plate to the gallery being inscribed "Memory Mary Elizabeth Kelchley 7th Sept 1826 Oct 7th". The inscription is rubbed in places. An incredible example & comes complete with a gift box.
