DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

All items listed on our website include free delivery within the UK. This will usually be via Royal Mail Second Class Signed, Special Next Day Delivery or Evri delivery depending on the size & value of the item. For large heavy items a selected courier will be used via a discounted courier booking site.

We also offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over £150. Items below this value postage will be calculated at checkout depending on your delivery location.

 

We are very conscious of the high cost that postage can be especially overseas, so we will always endeavor to secure the best possible price for shipping whilst maintaining the appropriate level of insurance.  

We will always combine postage for multiple purchased items.

 

Import Duties:

It is the duty of international buyers to be responsible for any and all custom fees, duties, VAT tax, local tax, levies that is required by your country. Please also be aware of imposed import restrictions of your country.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

​In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping expenses will be the buyer's responsibility.

If the item is not as described or damaged in transit we will of course give a full refund (including return postage) on safe return to us of the item.

For goods damaged during shipment please inform us and the shipper within 24 hours of receipt. In such circumstances all packaging should be retained for inspection by the insurers.

Please be aware that when you buy a piece of vintage or antique jewellery, it’s age must be respected & treated with care. These items are not suitable for normal everyday wear for example washing, swimming & playing sport etc. The items offered for sale on this site are modern, vintage or antique jewellery in good condition and with careful treatment should remain that way.

All damages or defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

 

For the purposes of hygiene, earrings will not be exchanged.

 

Jewellery may not be returned as faulty because a stone has been lost.

 

Any item that has been resized to tailor your requirements is non-refundable.

 

Unless otherwise stated, diamond colour and clarity and any weight estimations are an assessment and determined without removing the stone from its setting. On occasion this poses limitations by the setting or mount.

 

Contact us to let us know of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned to us within 14 days via a secure and insured service.

 

Jewellery may not be returned because a jeweller has valued the item at less than was paid for it.

 

Items may not be returned if any 3rd party values the item at less than was paid for it.

 

We will not consider the opinion of any other 3rd party other than a qualified and experienced gemologist / antique jewellery expert.

 

It is not possible to return items simply because they do not fit, or you have changed your mind about wanting to own them, so please, ensure that you are fully satisfied with the items and their suitability before you purchase.

 

The item must be returned with all original packing material including the box otherwise no refunds will be given and shipped insured and tracked as it has been received.

All Shipping costs are none refundable. No refunds will be given if an item has been re-sized, altered, damaged or tampered with in anyway.
