Description
A fine quality antique English Austro Hungarian solid silver snuff box. Rectangular shaped box with bright cut hand chased scroll & engine turned decoration on the top & bottom. Shaped thumb piece on the front edge which opens the two halves with a nice tight fitting hinge on the back. Gilt washed interior. Fully hallmarked to the inside of the box. Lovely collectors item.

Condition.
Excellent condition with light surface marks that are consistent with genuine age, use & polishing. There is one tiny ding on the back edge at the bottom which can be seen in the photographs.
