Antique French silver plated food warming dish. Circular shaped base raised on four circular stepped feet with a lifting handle on either side beautifully decorated with foliate mounts. on the top is a lift off dish & inside it comes complete with it's original removable candle holder. This piece would have once graced a grand dinning room & kept food warm before being served to it's dinners at the table. The warmer is marked on the underside with the makers mark. Condition.
Excellent condition with light surface marks that are consistent with genuine age, use & polishing. There are just a few very minor dings around the edge of the lift off dish & there is some very minor loss of silver plating around the top rim corner edges.
