Antique Edwardian 9ct gold carnelian & bloodstone spinning fob pendant, Birmingham, 1903. 9ct Rose Gold spinning fob pendant bezel set with an circular cut carnelian & bloodstone, set on a chain link spinner holder with chain loop.
