A very fine antique Edwardian solid sterling silver carpenters pencil. Rectangular shaped pencil with rounded edges & a suspension loop & ring at the top. The body is beautifully decorated with hand chased foliate decoration & a vacant cartouche on one side. The plain top pulls out with the carpenters pencil attached inside. Fully hallmarked on the side of the body. A very nice clean example, lovely collectors item.
