Antique Edwardian solid sterling silver carpenters pencil. Rectangular shaped pencil with rounded edges decorated on either side with bright cut hand chased foliate decoration & a vacant cartouche on one side. Suspension loop & ring at one end & at the other end a matching decorated top which pulls out with the carpenters pencil attached inside. Fully hallmarked on the side of the body. A very fine example, lovely collectors item.
