Antique English Edwardian solid sterling silver vesta case. Square shaped case with beautiful hand chased foliate decoration on the back & front & a vacant shield shaped cartouche on the front. Suspension loop & ring on the back edge & a match striker on the bottom, the case is slightly curved from one side to the other to fit nicely into a gentleman's pocket. Nice tight hinged lid on the top with original leaf spring inside & fully hallmarked on the inside rim. An excellent clean example with no dings or dents, lovely collectors item.
