A fine quality antique English Victorian silver plated teapot. Oval shaped body with fluted panels & embossed decoration around the outside. An ebonised wooden harp shaped handle on one end & a swan neck pouring spout on the other end. Oval shaped domed hinged lid with an ebonised wooden finial handle on the top. Marked on the underside with the makers mark which from the mark we can date this teapot to about 1890. Lovely fully usable collectors item.

Active at 70 Trafalgar St. (1897-1899) and Surrey Lane, Wellington St and 9 Eyre Lane (1900-1925), Sheffield . Became Harrison Fisher & Co in 1900. The firm ceased the manufacture of electroplated wares in 1925 but continued the trade. The firm used the trade mark PELHAM PLATE and TRAFALGAR
