A fine antique English solid silver dressing table jewellery tray. Rectangular shaped dressing table jewellery tray with a crimped edge around the outside & a beautifully detailed embossed birds & foliate decoration on the surface. To the centre a vacant cartouche. The tray is fully hallmarked. A fine example, lovely collectors item.

Condition.
Excellent condition with light surface marks that are consistent with genuine age use & polishing. There have been several very small repairs to the tray during it's life, but these are only noticeable if you knew they were there. There are also three very tiny little holes on the very extremities of the surface decoration due to polishing over the years but again these are very hard to see & can only be spotted by holding up to a very bright light.
