A very fine quality antique solid sterling silver snuff box. Rectangular shaped box with a beautiful fine detail repousse decorated wild Bore hunting scene on the top. Nicely decorated raised foliate decoration around the outside & the edge of lid. Nicely fitting hinged lid with a good quality tight hinge on the back. Gilt lined interior with English import hallmarks on the edge of the rim & hallmarks on the rim on the other end which I think are French but not 100 percent sure. I think the oval mark is the swan mark but I could be wrong. Lovely collectors item.
