Antique George V 18ct gold Spinel & diamond ring, Birmingham 1913. Central round cut prong set spinel, 2 prong set diamond spacers finished with the the outer two stones being glass, set in an open work gallery in 18ct gold. Fully hallmarked & personal initials on the inside of the shank. Ultrasonically cleaned. With gift box. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the overall description.
