Description
Antique mid Victorian 15ct gold clear tourmaline & paste brooch, c1865. Three oval cut clear tourmaline & paste (one outer stone paste, the other two clear tourmaline) claw set in a 15ct gold open scrolled mount. Tube hinged pin with C catch to verso & safety chain. Not marked but tested as 15ct gold. Ultrasonically cleaned. With gift box. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the overall description.

Condition.
 Some tiny splits to the gold as can be seen in the photographs, but these cannot be seen with the naked eye, so this does not detract from the overall appearance of this piece. Apart from that, this brooch is in excellent condition for it's age.
