Description
Antique English Victorian solid sterling silver sovereign holder. Circular shaped case with rounded edges with beautiful bright cut hand chased foliate decoration around the outside. Circular vacant cartouche on the front & a suspension loop & ring on the top. Push button catch at the top which releases the nice tight hinged lid. Inside is a sprung loaded holder for several full gold sovereigns. Fully hallmarked on the inside of the lid & lion passant on the ring & holder. Lovely collectors item.
