Antique Victorian 15ct gold forget me not emerald & pearl memorial ring, (1864). A central emerald (approximately 0.5ct), surrounded by 5 smaller emeralds(approximately 0.2ct each) & 5 pearls, finished with lovely detailed open work to the shoulders of the gallery & fine foliate hand chasing to the shank. All stones are claw set. At the centre back of the gallery is a locket area where the hair of a loved one would have been kept. Fully hallmarked. An absolutely exquisite example & comes complete with a gift box.
