Antique Victorian 18ct gold sapphire & diamond ring, (Birmingham, 1863). Three sapphires & two diamonds, claw set in 18ct gold. The central sapphire being oval cut & 0.10cts approximately. Fully hallmarked. An excellent piece. With gift box.
