Antique Victorian 9ct gold blood stone & carnelian swivel fob, c1880.  Victorian 9ct swivel fob with blood stone & carnelian. The 9ct gold case having a fixed chain swivel mount. Marked 9ct. Great addition to a collection. With gift box.
