Vintage 18ct gold aquamarine & diamond ring, (London, 1979). Central oval cut aquamarine surrounded by 4 diamonds set in fine open work across the gallery. The aquqmarine being 0.75ct approximately, whilst each diamond being 0.05ct approximately. All stones are claw set & have been tested with a Presidium gem tester. Fully hallmarked. With gift box.
