Vintage 18ct gold blue topaz & diamond twist ring. Central oval cut prong set blue topaz with tw0 accent diamonds either side set on an 18ct twist shouldered shank. The blue topaz being 8mm x 6mm. The accent diamonds 1mm each. Fully hallmarked. With gift box. Ultrasonically cleaned. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the overall description.
