 Vintage large 9ct gold shell cameo ring, Birmingham 1972.  Nicely carved cameo of a maiden, bezel set with rope decoration border in 9ct gold. The cameo measuring 28mm x 21mm. Fully hallmarked. A fabulous piece to add to any collection. With gift box.
