Vintage English solid sterling silver propelling toothpick. Cylindrical shaped body with an engine turned decoration around the outside & an attached suspension loop & ring on the top. Plain centre sliding band that extends & retracts the internal propelling 9ct gold toothpick which is in excellent working condition. Fully hallmarked on the outside of the body. Lovely collectors item.
