Vintage English sterling silver toothpick. Cylindrical shaped body with engine turned decoration around the outside. Plain tip & top cap with suspension loop & ring attached. Twisting the two sections of body extends & retracts the internal toothpick. Fully hallmarked on the outside of the body.
